The Ardmore Bar looks like it has closed down. Anyone confirm?

This was posted on their f/book page today

"Dear Customers
Due to our unsuccessful attempts to retain & run the ardmore bar with the receivers acting on behalf of Bank of Scotland who placed the former owners Cornmore investments into receivership. Despite the fact that a 10yr lease had been produced but not executed. Both Management & staff thank you the customer of the Ardmore Bar for being a true supporter & friend in these difficult times. Your Sincerely Dave & Staff"

Dave's other business has also closed down ( The garden/flower shop in the old Central Garage showroom, Bray)

Imo that was only a half arsed attempt at a business and I was not suprised to see it closed.

Its a pity about the ardmore though.

Wasn't the best stocked shop in Bray but it was the only place in the town that had Santa last year. Shame. Centra in the Egan Centre is gone too.

The have live music every Friday and there serving lunch daily

The have a new Facebook Page and they have a competition running at the moment on their page
