service that will realign sky dish?

    the heavy winds over the weekend have moved my dish i am now not recieving a load of channels ..rang sky they are charging 100 euro for a tecky to come out..any other services out there that will fix it for me at a lower cost located in the west of dublin

    if you're out of contract (12 months has exceeded) ring them and tell them your thinking about cancelling and moving to UPC as there cheaper - say you would think about staying if they could offer for the dish to be fixed as it's useless to you and let them put you through to the cancellations department.

    say you want to cancel, they'll ask why and they should book you a free service call
