Helicopter search

    Anyone see/hear this right now? (1am)

    Possibly a Garda helicopter around the Dundalk M1 motorway section? Searchlight on and going on regular passes up and down.

    There seems to be an obsession in Boards about blasted Choppers. They are about their business most nights. Garda searches, rescues, missing persons etc. For fecks sake get over it!!:mad:

    Good idea. They're far too sarcastic and pass-remarkable here. Better to stick to the serious stuff; like the font on a registration plate or someone's choice of wedding car.:)

    Heard that Mace/Esso place on the Dublin road was burgled last night, which is the cause of the helicopter!

    *Apparently*, the gardai managed to get one of the guys, but the others got away.

    It is exciting really :)
    A helicopters and 4 squad cars from what I hear - my friend lives very near there, and could see this all from his house!

    Sure what's not to love about a good helicopter chase! :p
