Moving house Multiroom

    I'm moving house at the end of the week and i want to bring my sky tv and multiroom i have no phone line set up in the new house. Can i freeze the multiroom account until the phone is installed? And just use the main box. Any info is much appreciated

    Yes When i got multiroom in i was told i have to take it for a year

    Have a look at the "Moving House" page on the $ky website. I cannot understand how they cannot accomadate you (pardon the pun) in your move. If they don't threaten to cancel, and if that don't work go to Joe Duffy;). I expect it may not come to that. Common sense should prevail, but don't be afraid to play hardball if need be.

    Get an independent installer to move it,you have a better chance of him not kicking up a fuss over having no phoneline at the new address.
