    Hi All,

I'm looking to get a Capston Ward Lathe collected from Wexford and delivered to Offaly. It is not a big lathe along the line of the 2C type. It was lifted into place with the use of straps and is about 1 tonne in weight.

Can anyone recommend a company that will do this collection and delivery? Both locations are easy access with no restrictions.

    Regards,
    Mick

I duuno to be honest unless it's on a pallet (which i assume it isn't) you'll need a truck with a lifting arm.
Probably best to ring a few courier companies and tell them your story.

Any truck with a Hiab (crane) will do that, e.g. Stephen Cullen Transport. It'll cost you though, they charge by the mile.
