Wood chippings for smoking duck in Dublin???

    Any ideas on where to find wood chippings I can use to smoke duck. Have no idea where to find them!

    Try an Angling shop, they sometimes carry them for fish smokers.
    OR if you can get them there go and find some oak leaves, bark and twigs and break them up finely, they will give the same flavour.
    Any hardwood is fine, Oak, Ash Alder etc. Just don't use any coniferous woods.
