Unusual boxes attached to poles in city?

    Was driving out through Ferrybank tonight and just past the boys school I noticed a grey box attached to a pole. It reminded me of a GATSO camera from England but it was too low and would be easily vandalised.

    Anyone else see it or know what it is?

    Saw another one someone in the city but can't remember where

    They contain free bag´s for you to put your dog´s arse in while he´s taking a dump in public.
