What would your World Cup XV be now that the group games are over and done with?

Might as well get it in now...SOB 1-15, with maybe Cian Healy at out-half.

But seriously, I'd say there'd be a good Irish representation. Won 4 out of 4 and beat the Tri Nations champions...and well. I'd say Healy, Ferris, SOB are certainties with Best a contender.

I get the impression that the Kiwis are fawning after Seanie a bit, so he's a shoe in, though that's McCaw's place he'd be taking...

    Healy, du Plessis*, Ross, POC, Charteris, Ferris, Gorgodze, O'Brien**;
Genia, Carter, Ashton, Nonu/Roberts, Smith, Clerc, Dagg

*I know he's barely played but he's been top class off the bench and would start for any other test side.

**I realise I'm moving SOB to 8 but Gorgodze has been fantastic for Georgia. Never stops carrying/working hard.

It's hard to say at this stage.

NZ haven't been challenged in any of their games so far, so it's hard to rate how well some of them are doing individually with such team dominance. Nonu, SBW, Kahui, Dagg, Kaino have all looked strong.

In group B you'd swear the 3 big teams were trying not to qualify. I thought Lobbe (No. 8) was going well until his injury and Gorgodze for Georgia was good, considering his team.

Australia will be disappointed so far. Beale has been maybe their one shining star in their only tough encounter so far (against Ireland). O'Connor had a decent impact against Italy, but they were fading when he came on.

Ireland have had plenty of players put their hand up. Everyone from 1-15 outshone their counter-parts against Oz and Italy.

Wales and South Africa will be happy too. Though South Africa struggled against the two competitive teams in their group. F. Steyn was looking good - injury has ended that though. Roussow looked good in one of the games but dunno how much he'll appear in the knockouts. Burger showing some signs of form but nothing great.

Wales are up there with Ireland, in having the majority of their players doing well. Stand outs being North, Warburton, Roberts but thats not putting the rest of the team down who have all been nearly as excellent.

    TL;DR:

    Healy
    Best
    Jones
    O'Connell
    Roussow
    Ferris
    SOB
    Kaino

Phillips/Youngs (just for his match winning impact)
    Priestland
    North
    Nonu
    Roberts
    Kahui
    Beale
