Khan- Barrera. Not the judges but the ref. The timing of the stoppage was absolutely appalling

Does anyone know the name of the italian heavyweight who was the victim of a terrible decision at the LA olympics in 84, he dominated the american golden boy of the time, but was robbed by the judges. Think the scoring in amatuer boxing was changed after that because of the outcry.

The scoring wasnt changed that much, look what happened RJJ in Seoul 4 years later

The draw decision for Sweet Pea v Chavez was one of the higher profile robberies.

Robbery of the year so far was Williams v Lara. Now I like Paul Williams but to give him three rounds in that fight would be generous.

I've seen quite a few dodgy decisions in the last year or so, so many I can't really recall... but the Lara robbery really stands out...

Anthony Fitz's win over Affif Belghecham, the night of Willie Big Bang's mauling was a pretty terrible decision, seeing as Belghecham didn't seem ****ed and was throwing back punches all night, but my surprise at this decision is probably enhanced by the fact I was pissed and annoyed that the only good fight on that card had come to an untimely end.

Wasn't it Francesco Damiani? He was a decent pro too. Lost via a 4-1 decision. It was Suepr Heavy by the way.

Where do we start there's plenty of hometown decisions but Sven Ottke had some beaut's. Glencoffe Johnson was unlucky in a lot of his fights on the road. The first fight wit Clinton Woods was one he shud have gotten the decision and it ended up a draw.
Devon Alexander got very lucky against kotoelnyk and Oscar should have never gotten the decision against Felix Sturm a couple of years ago.

I thought Cunningham at the weekend was very unlucky.

The worst decision I've seen was the Paulie Malignaggi Juan Diaz fight that took place in Texus in Aug'08

Oscar-Mosley II was pretty poor. I had Oscar by 8-4 in rds.

Ali Funeka v Joan Guzman in canada last year. What a disgraceful decision. How any man can dominate another and still lose is farcical. I felt really sorry for him at the time. But just as i googled his name, i seen he was cheating by using drugs to lose weight for the fight.........

    fck him so

That was a shocker, Paulies reaction was brilliant in the interview. He boxed the ears off Diaz in the rematch too.

Remember saying to the guy beside me i bet he lets this go into the fifth as if it was stopped in the 4th its a draw, it was an example of a ref actively garaunteeing khan the victory it was disgraceful.

It was Angelo Musone who was absolutely robbed versus Henry Tillman and it was at heavy.

It was one of the worst I've seen and it's one I always remember. His final win over Willie de Witt of Canada wasn't deserved either. He definitely was an undeserving champ.

I think Pernell Whittaker's 'loss' to Jose Luis Ramirez has to be included in any discussion of the worst ever decisions.

    See that

According to reports Tillman won 5-0 in the semi and final. Was it really that bad? Anyone actually see that fight?

    Here is the final bout
