    Sent them a registered letter 3 months ago to cancel my channels.

    Still have them and they charged me the next 2 months.

    Missus called them the other day to get them to switch them off - the reply - we won't bother sending anyone out to do it so you can keep them but if there is a problem don't call us!!

    Why have i bothered paying for them for the last few years?

    She also told them that the broadband and phone was too expensive - the girl tells her she will do her a deal if we stay.
    Fine says the missus - what's the deal?
    Eh i don't know - can i call you again (heard nothing since)

    Are they usually this piss poor?

    Ring them again and ask for the Loyalty Unit. They won't let you go withou a fight. By that I mean they will offer you a discount.If you are waiting for a call, you could be with them for years:D
