What is the difference between the two clubs if any? in terms of coaches, facilities, number and quality of students etc ?

I don't think there's any real difference in standard of coaching i.e it's quality, main difference would be long mile is open longer so it has more advanced people training there. I'd also have a look at the two timetables on the site to see what times suit you if you were thinking of joining one or the other.

The coaching standard would be the same in both places. Both have great mat space and high level guys move through both places - but there would be more beginners or people who have recently started in City Centre for sure, mainly down to the fact that it's a newer facility. Either way try out both places and see how they suit you.
