I have a life or death situation going on right now:
My 4th Gen iPod screen has gone blank, just a blank white screen but is still playing music, right now I'm trying to waste the battery in the hopes that when it is charged again it'll be fine, anyone any helpful suggestions to ensure this and if worst comes to worst, where do I send it off to be repaired...
    PRAY FOR ME.

I have no idea why the text above is so weird, I'm not the kind of person who does**** like that...

Try pressing and holding the Home and power buttons until the iPod restarts? Should take about 10 seconds.
