How many of you is there? I stayed in Bruges a few years back at the Snuffel Inn & while they don't have private rooms as such you could book a 4 bed for a group. Probably one of the best bars in the city - the nightlife in Bruges leaves a lot to be desired, though it's a fantastic place for strolling around during the day.
