    I think they are trying to clean up the balance sheet by offloading most of the debt, from property/hotel buying/development into a separate company and then floating that with Farm Business Developments eventually owning upto 75% of the new company as a reward for facilitating the cleaning and management of the new company, if i understood what i was told by a shareholder

    ok so i have read the letters page in the journal last week and this week , i think john boylan had valid points but padraig walsh , now this is the same guy that promoted the glanbia deal that was awful , so what to do:confused: i am saying if in doubt vote no

    well my dad went to the meeting, something like 31 for 7 against , mr padraig walsh gave his spin on things , a good few people where afraid if they voted against the company would flop so they where voting yes...
