    Hi all

    just wanted to know

    Is it possible to get Astra 4A (4.8°E) in Ireland and if so what size dish/LNB

    Depends which part of Ireland you are in, east is better.
    If you are after the Nordic beam for Viasat, then if you are in the west, you haven't much chance unless you have a very large (read expensive) dish. Two metres plus, most likely.
    Lnb is less important, but an Inverto Black Ultra seems the better performer for fringe reception, overall.
