    Measurements not flexed on non training day.
    Arms

    Goals:
    - Strength and muscle gains while maintaining speed and agility
    - Put on atleast 1 pound per week.
    - Win a County Under 21 title.
    - Get on the Freshers starting Gaelic football team.
    - Do core and stretching every day.
    - To achieve the above by eating clean everyday except Saturday.

    Any input on what to change/do differently would be great.

    15 mins of core training in the morning and in the night.In the afternoon 30 mins of Football drills then a 60 minute training match,u21s against the Seniors. Cheat day without drink.

    Senior County Soccer trials on Friday.
    Cheat day Saturday with no training.
    Sick since Sunday.
    No training Sunday Monday and Tuesday.
    Missed freshers Gaa training Tuesday morning and soccer training Tuesday evening.
    Started loading creatine on Monday taking 20gs with another 20gs on Tuesday.

    Current weight 175 pounds.
    Starting a new programme today.
    Did chest and biceps today.
    Flat BP 25kg x 10 3 sets
    Decline BP 25kgx 10 2 sets
    Incline BP 25kg x10 2 sets
