Im lookin for a jacket for the coming winter months

Usually ill go look in River Island,Next,Unique and sometimes JD sports

These 4 shops are where i usually buy my clothes but im lookin for new places

I had a look around town last week in them stores and couldnt find anything that i liked,Im lookin for a nice jacket that you can wear anywhere, out to dinner, out walking the dog,out to the pub.someting that looks nice with a pair of jeans, not some nike or reebok jacket or anything like this

River Island do have some nice jackets on their website but anytime i go into the store they only have 5 or 6 jackets in stock and id never buy a coat without trying it on first

There's a Bershka in Jervis St.

    Zara is great for menswear.

IMO the store in Jervis is not great for menswear, it's a very small section. Dundrum is a much bigger store.

I bought a nice grey semi casual coat in h&m a couple of weeks ago. It was exactly what I was looking for and sounds like what you described, ie going out to town/ walking the dog! Set me back €80 so not the worst, check it out!

Was in Jack'n'Jones on Saturday - they have a good range of different styles of jackets from dressy to casual and in between that cover the scenarios you wanted to wear them in. Prices are reasonable too.

I was going to suggest Jack N Jones also.
I used to buy a lot of clothes from there, however, in the last few years I found the quality of clothes got worse, and after a couple of washes they were only fit for the bin.
I bought a jacket from there last year though and it has lasted very well, apart from a few loose threads. So definitely try in there.

Depending on how much you want to spend, Tommy Hilfiger do nice jackets that last a long time, but you pay a lot for them!

thanks for the replies all <3

I got a jacket from jack and jones last year, payed about 70 euro for it,it never really fit properly, was very tight around the neck when i would zip it up fully.wasnt a small jacket either, was plenty of room in the arms and the length so a bigger size would have just lookd stupid baggy on me.. kinda put me off jack and jones jackets for a while,i was having a look in there earlier on today, had a few jackets but im probly just being too picky..

Ill try h&m next week and see what they have, ive never been in that store so hopefully they will be to my taste, the stuff on the site looks good

bt2 id probly avoid like the plague,id assume most stuff in there is over priced..

pull and bear, ive never heard of them, where is this store located please?
