    Hi!

I started getting highlights in April and I love it!

Ive tried loads of different conditioners and I still think the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Colour Conditioner is amazing! I bought the Osmo Deep Conditioner and it wasnt as good......Aussie all the way:) Just shampoo your hair, condition it,rinse and leave the 3 Minute on for.............errr................3 minutes:o Voila silky hair!

Once a week I wash my hair with Joico purple shampoo(salon product) for blonde hair and John Frieda Tone purple conditioner(in a purple/lilac squeezy tube) and it really keeps the brassiness away.

Tried the John Frieda purple shampoo, but tbh the Joico was waaay better. it is €16 a bottle but lasts about 2 months!

    Good luck:)

I bought a Joico treatment called K-Pac from my hairdresser after I had my highlights first done and I find it really good. It's a deep conditioner which says is to be left in for 4 minutes but I leave it in all night and when I wash my hair in the morning, it feels so good!

Also, the VO5 Miracle Concentrate is good if you don't wanna splash out. It costs about 5 euro and lasts for ages.

You can buy Marrakesh Oil in hair suppliers shops. It's absolutely fab but pricey enough. My hairdresser recently recommended massaging warm olive oil into my wet hair, covering with clingfilm and leaving it half an hour before washing out. Tried it a few times and it left my hair lovely and soft and shiny :D

When I had highlights in, the best product I used was Loreal Elvive conditioning masque. It comes in a big red circular tub and costs around 7 euro. I found it brilliant because along with the great conditioning, it also preserves your colour and stops the lights going brassy :D
