I was in the Stephen Greens branch yesterday afternoon and spotted biodegradable poop bags for dog walkers. I think it is something like over 200 bags for 5.99? Everytime I go to that place the lay out is changed. It looked like they had less stock this time.

I get them in the pound shop 100 for 1 euro. Great quality too.
