Nevada Bobs. WTF is going on

I bough a set of talyormade irons in Nevada bobs 9 months ago. Two clubs out of the set broke rather easily and it was agreed that Talyormade would replace them. Both clubs broke in the same place where the head joins the shaft. I left the first club in 3 moths ago and left the other iron in a month and a half ago but the guy in the shop keeps fobbing me off with excuses that they sent the wrong club and he had to send it back and oh ill ring them next week and let u know etc etc. Never calls me and when I ring them there is no answer or just another oh I should have that this week and then nothing ever comes. I have been in to the shop about 6 times and can’t get any satisfaction

I got the clubs checked out and they are real but I don’t know how I can get my two clubs back from them. It's a nightmare playing a round without these clubs

Has anyone had similar experiences or what do people suggest I do to get my clubs back.

Go into the store, take the two clubs out of another Taylor Made set and tell them that you'll return them when they replace your irons!

Bring the whole lot of them back and get a complete refund .. I hate that for fackin customer service !! ... no problem falling all over ya when yer parting with a few hundred euro

Alternatively .. get the serial number of hosel think it's usually on 5iron and get onto TM themselves to explain the story

Hardly be a case of selling cheap imports in times of a recession, would it??

Make sure you have your serial number when you call .... I also think you can check your serial number online, someone here may know the way ?

    Very strange.

Adidas / TaylorMade 01256-479797. Have done it before using the UK number, not sur eabout the Irish number mentioned earlier in thread.
