Hasbean Delivery Times

Just wondering what peoples experience is with Hasbean orders? How long does their standard delivery option usually take to be delivered once shipped?

Fairly consistent. They nearly always send out packages on their side on the day of ordering unless you order a bit late in the day.

After that it comes down to An Post and UK equivalent.

In general, I would say it takes 3-4 working days on average.

Thanks I just sent a mail off to Hasbean to see what might be going on with my order. It was shipped 9 days ago so it looks like I should have received it by now!

Sounds like its lost in the post somewhere, possibly even in Customs somewhere along the line.

Just an update. Turns out the first package was lost in the post. Hasbean were excellent and arranged for another pack to be sent straight away. Really great service!

This has occasionally happened to me with hasbean and more often (for some reason) with James Gourmet: packages have been lost in the post and as soon as I contacted them they sent a replacement! Shop with confidence!

The most extreme example was my hasbean subscription at Christmas: it had been sent to Canada for some reason (even though correctly addressed!) and was rerouted to me, arriving about a week late. I had assumed the snow or the Xmas post was holding it up, so I hadn't got round to contacting hasbean.

My experience with them has been nothing but great. Never waiting more than 4 days. Consistently good. I even ordered on Wednesday last week and had it on Friday evening :-o
