    Where is St.Declans Well in Ardmore? Is it signposted?

    If you go up to the Cliff House Hotel, just go straight past the front entrance,along the pathway, and the Well is straight ahead. Its on a cliff walk,which goes by the coast,and comes out at the Graveyard,and Round Tower. A really lovely walk, on a good day,if you have the time.

    yeah, and if you continue on further along the walk past the well, u=you are on a lovely cliff top walk. You can see the wreck of the crane ship Samson, that was wrecked on the rocks below in 1987. Its huge and is quite impressive. There is also an itersesting abondoned pilot house/castle type structure alond the walk.

    Thanks guys for the info. Years since I was in Ardmore. Will check out the Cliff Walk. Sounds impressive.
