    and had no access to a gym or weights, but wanted to stay in shape on the space ship. What would be the best bodyweight exercises to preserve as much muscle mass as possible?

    Of course, the same exercises would probably be great for anyone stuck at home who can't get to a gym, but I like the space ship angle better.
