    Just saw this ad in the galway independent and thought people on this board from galway might be interested, especially if your just looking for something like a single pack of yeast (which i am) instead of having to get stuff delivered

    i tore this add out too.

    When i was in there a few weeks ago i was told that their opening day was coming up soon & they were hoping to have some supplier reps there & maybe some tastings.

    by chance i was going to call in this Saturday to pick up my 2nd kit so it's working out quite well.

    Waiting for this too, have an empty fermenter and a shopping list ready. Called in a few weeks back and got some good advice off them. Nice practical no-frills shop! Hope they do well, seem to be a lot of people taking it up recently.
