Fascinating following this forum the last few weeks. I only did so because of injury which had me on my backside for a good while so I ventured away from the cycling Boards (but I'm sure I would have found it soon enough anyway).;)

I can't have a go at Tubridy personally, I wouldn't do that to anyone I haven't met however its simply not the show I would watch as a kid and as a teenager during Gaybo's time in the nineties.

I found an interview which I remember watching at the time - it involves the KLF guys who burned a million quid for no single good reason as far as I can make out. Nonetheless it represents the best of what that show was about. This interview is interesting, funny, serious, has phone-in contributors, young and old in the audience giving their tuppence worth (keep an eye out on the Sinead O'Conner lookalike), Joe Elliot from Def Leppard not doing himself any favours with his contribution, and of course Gay who directs the whole thing in an effortless manner though with that slightly patronising tone when he wants to move on!

It dates from Nov. 95 and is in 3 parts. Well worth the whole watch. Keep an eye on Cauty, he seems to have had or yearns for something stronger than the water in front of him. Enjoy!:)
