Hair dye advice needed!! dark to RED!

hey!

I have been dying my hair black with boots semi permanent dye for years....i haven't dyed it now for about 9 months as i'm very very pregnant! but the time has come, maybe its hormones, but i need a change

My hair has alot of re-growth obviously.... the black has turned a dark reddish brown...my own hair is medium brown with blondie bits around the sides:o

I want to go super bright red....not like pillar box as such, but5 a shade or too deeper like

I was thinking of getting of those colourb4 kits?? then bleaching it and dying it red?? i dunno

any suggestions, or advise very welcome and appreciated

There might be a lot of different shades of red in the end because you hair has so many different colours as it is do be patient! I bleached my hair up and it took a few goes to get it all even. My hair is pretty much the colour in the first link now!
