    Yo

Does anyone else get pain in the inside of their elbows after doin chins / dips?

I alternate between chins and dips for 2 sets each, on the assisted machine, at a weight I can just about manage to complete the sets

Is this normal, or am I pullin too much weight?

It locks my arms into a slight bend, and I cant fully extend my arms without pain / resistance

Could be medial epicondylitis. I cant remember if that's golfers elbow, tennis elbow, or just your basic **** elbow (*joke).

Go see a physio, and ice it in the mean time.

If it is the above, those things can become chronic if you don't get sorted soon after injury. I've had golfer's elbow for about 20 years and cant do some types of movement (eg chin ups with a supinated grip)

Neoprene elbow wraps when in the gym AND if an exercise hurts - don't do it!.

You won't find me doing skull crushers as my elbows do not like them. Likewise I can do upright rows whereas other chap cannot yet he can do skull crushers.

If there is pain then stop IMO.

sorry OP but anything that causes pain could be symptomatic of something minor or major and can't really be diagnosed here.
