hi guys was just wondering on whitch gym would be the best in swords . mi gym would probably be the closest to me . it looks very small. i was a member of alsaa but just got fed up and lost interest . i would be doing 75% weight training to 25% cardio i play football so not really pushed on that. i am going to call into migym in the next couple of days for a look as i believe it has very good equipment . any help at all would be great . thanks

i'm in both Image and Energie

Image is great for the weights and the calibre of person that trains there - if you're into weights. It's a great price too.
My only gripe is the weekend opening hours

Energie is bigger with more facilities but you pay for it.
Weights are inferior to image but more cardio stuff and the pool.
    Opens longer at the weekend.

The great shame of alsaa is that with the opening hours and location etc.,.. it's a shame it's not a better gym. I was a member there years ago

I would suggest the closest one to you which is migym. You will quickly adapt to it and it has everything I am sure you need. Also the price is cheaper then Energie.
