Hi, I ordered from dabs.ie last week. The package was due to arrive today but on the tracking details it says delivery problem, insufficient address. Now its being held in the depot.

I live in the countryside in monaghan and I'm guessing the delivery driver couldn't find my house.

Where is the depot, how do I get in touch? It was sent with royal mail and euro48 when it got to Ireland.

    Thanks

ok put tracking number into gls and my package information came up. Its being stored at a gls location.
After reading some threads on gls they seem incompetent to say the least.

Any contact numbers or any idea where their depots are?

Did you try emailing the company outlining the issues on assistance@dabs.ie ? Had a quick look and it seems to be that they are based in the UK and that is where their offices are so atleast if you let them know of the problem they can try to solve it for you.

I got in contact with GLS by using a phone number from a 5 year old thread, here's the number for future reference for someone +353 1 8606-200

Think their depot is in dublin so they're coming out again tomorrow but this time they've my phone number so hopefully I'll receive it this time
