Navigating other channels on sky.

Hope this is the right place to ask this, apologies if not.

Is there an easier way of navigating the other channels on sky other than pressing select to watch to see whats on and then back out through services, other channels, and checking another one ?

I know you can select on and have it appear in the top corner but you cant see the text of whats on unless you open it up.

Surely an easier way to go through them ?
