Last night I ordered €50 woth of stuff from this website. Studiply I never looked at customer reviews because the site looked so go. But I just googled them and I am really worried. They got a lot of bad reviews.

Did anyone here ever order from them?? Should I be worried?

omg just realised that is not the name of the website. Its meant to be www.lookfantastic.com. Could any of the mods change it for me???

Look fantastic is a very reputable website, I wouldn't worry.

I ordered stuff off lookfantastic.com and it took well over a month to arrive. I sent 4 emails rang them 3 times and never got one straight answer, just some rubbish about it being on the way even though it wasn't. Got it in the end but left a very bad taste in my mouth, particularly as I ordered from an American website the same day and got the products in less than a week. Extremely slow and bad customer service!!!

I placed an order with them a few months ago and after about a week of waiting (after money had been taken but my order had not been dispatched) I started to get worried after reading all the bad reviews.........however I was delighted then when they accidentally sent my order twice.

I've used them since then and their shipping and dispatch times have improved a lot.

The same thing happened to me with Benefit, ordered a good bit of stuff off their website and they sent my order twice, needless to say I was delighted
