BYOB Venues/Rooms in Dublin City or Southside?

    Would appreciate any info if anyone is aware of a suitable venue or room that could be rented for a gig. No stage or PA is required. Just looking for a space where a party could go on late, with BYOB, without bothering any nearby residents. I've heard of a place in Smithfield, but it can be very cold in winter, and more looking for somewhere in the south city, or suburbs.
