    I got great dvd's death or canada,just wondering did anyone see it yet,feckin class..

    Just saw this post, I have heard about the DVD, where did you get it? Trying to find a copy but the store on their website is closed down (http://www.deathorcanada.com)

    Also Amazon only seems to have a copy of the book...

    I saw this last year on TV. It is a good documentary. It shows the helplessness of the emigrants who were at the mercy of others throughout the transit. I remember at the end thinking that it was the lucky ones who could afford to try and emigrate. Millions of others were in a worse state and couldnt afford to try and emmigrate.
