    Whats up with the new finding of the particals that can move faster than the speed of light ? I saw it quickly on the news but the majority of it was on the markets so after waiting about a half a hour to hear more i went to a different room and relaxed .

    still not informed about it , any information on it please post below .THANKS .

    There is another thread already about this, two threads down. Long story short, OPERA saw neutrinos which by their calculations were going fractionally faster than light with high statistical significance. Most physicists are skeptical and suspect an unaccounted for systematic error. One candidate that has emerged is changes in the path length due to the deformation of the earth caused by the moon's gravity.
