Need to be more descriptive. Photos would be better.

What is blocking the graphics card? is it too long or too wide? etc

I originally thought that to install gpu i must slot them from the outside.

Now i fixed it the right way and its slanted.

it seems my motherboard base plate is not fixed right. it removed earlier and i couldn't fix it right.

Lots of basic questions to be asked here.

Is it an Nvidia 8500 based card? Who sold that as new?

    Is it AGP or PCI-E?

    What motherboard do you have?

How could it be at an angle if you've screwed it onto the case?

    its a PCI-E card.

normally when you install a gpu the slope must be aligned, its should be in a straight line.

But mine is not, the motherboard back plate is not aligned properly in turn this is affecting the motherboard.

It should fit that board, so it seems we need a photo to see what's happening.

It won't be good for playing any game bar solitaire!;)

€15 to just display to a screen is a good price though.

The 8500 is a better card. Don't expect any of the latest games to run with it though :P
