    Hi all,

quick one on VAT I am currently installing and supplying blinds - I am aware of the two thirds rule but belief this changed with recent VAT legislation. From my reading of the revenue guides it appears vat should be charged at the standard rate on the whole amount of the supply and install as blinds are not regarded as "fixtures" any taughts would be appreciated!

What type of blinds in what context?

Blinds fitted inside a double glazed screen or black-out blinds might be consided fixtures or even part of the building, whereas something that just get screwed to the wall might not
