I established that I have medium falling arches. I have bought Lynco orthotics which suit my feet. I got my gait analysis done in a non athletic shoe store so I don't know exactly what type of running shoe to buy? Any ideas? Thanks

What was the result of your gait analysis? If you mildly over pronate, you need a stability shoe. If you severely over pronate, you need a motion control shoe.Note- these shoes have support already,so you wouldnt use orthotics in them. If you want to use the orthotics, you need a neutral shoe to put them into.Im no expert,so im open to correction on this.

I would strongly suggest that you go to a running shop that offers gait analysis, bring your inserts with you and try shoes with and without them.
