Can my sister apply for part time work (20 hours max) and still keep her invalidity benifit and dissablement pension too.

She was advized recently by a CWO that she can do this legaly,if she can get a letter from her GP to say that it would be theraputic and benificial to her physical and mental health to try to get some light part time work under her belt.

So is this true and whats the most amount of hours she could work and still keep her full entitlements?

Is there any actual time scale/period on how long she could work part time and still get her SW payments??

    Many thanks.:)

she will need to get an exception from social welfare to do this. She has to apply for this and there is a form for her and her GP to complete and social welfare decide if the work is suitable/eligible for an exemption.she should contact whatever scheme she is on to get it started.
