So, I had one of the dogs in for surgery yesterday to remove a tumour from her belly. Op went well thankfully but now we have to try and get her rested.

Have 2 other dogs at home, one of which is crate trained and is still in need to using this at night, she's a one dog destruction derby :D

So, I wondering if anyone here can loan me a small/medium crate for a westie for possibly a week please?

Have you tried your local vets? One of my dogs is getting spayed on monday and they lend you a crate for 10 days and you leave a deposit, bring crate back get deposit back.

Not a bad idea, I'll ask them to see if they do this. Thanks
