Leader Fox bikes?

Anyone know if Leader Fox bikes are generally good? Spotted this in CSS: http://www.leaderfox.cz/index.php?pview=82 Price is €999. Are the components good for that price? Bike would mainly be used for a short commute (2-3 miles) mostly on cycle track but also wanted the option for off road. Or are there better options…
