Kieran Donaghy's attempt at cheating soccer style

Dublin player right at the end of normal time tries to push him out of his way as he's obstructing him taking a free and the big clown takes a dive flapping his arms into the air. Now lucky we won the throw up or we could have lost the All Ireland down to his cheating and diving like a pansy trying to cheat the ref. This is the second time in the latter stages of the Championship players have tried to cheat us with silly dives. It's something creeping into the game and is a worry to see refs being fooled.

Pic of Donaghy after the assault. Poor soul.

Could have pushed him on the shoulder/chest, nothing would have been said.

Making contact with the face was stupid wasn't the best option.

I've heard about Sore Losers, but sore winners?

FFS, Cop on. Be more concerned about your players Kicking, Elbowing and Punching players, then come back to players diving.

I wasn't just talking about the incident Sunday, see the semi-final also. Shocking cheating from players who think they're playing soccer.

Great picture. Actually this has been a feature of Kerrys game for years but they think it's actually clever and cunning to play the game in this way. Tyrone do it all the time as well and well alll know Donegal do it.

I can't remember a Dublin player ever diving theatrically over the course of this league / all ireland campaign. The same with Diarmuid connolly against dongeal, he could have gone to ground instead of pushing back but didn't, he stood there like a man.

like the swan lake impression to win the free as the second minute of injury time approached???

BJK foul was a cynical foul, he was there for one reason only and that was to make sure that his man didn't get by. It's bred into the Kerry team that this is the way to play football, guard your goal at all costs and that's fine but then don't start moaning when it doesn't work for you. Sheehan was the same when, I think it was either Kevin Nolan or Mick Mac was heading for goal, dived on his jersey from behind and yanked him to the ground, very cynical, maybe the referees have just copped on to Kerry tactics?

If you had any interest in debating this, you could have started off with a reasonable OP. As it is, you just come across as a completely bias, bad winner.

And that's from a Dub btw

    Bad winner.

3 days on and im starting to regret supporting Dublin.

You should be more concerned about the stupidity of Ger Brennan reacting to the provocation.

Not the 1st time that hot-headedness has nearly cost the Dubs badly this Summer!
