Can't shift viral dose

Howdy all,

Def not looking for medical advise to start but I have thus head viral thing going on & can't seem to shift it. Going on for weeks now & getting a severe pain in my hole with it. It's not physically stopping me but head foggy, cloudy & generally just feeling crap. Anyone else have thus Poxy dose

Without wanting to take any sort of responsibilty (!) in case its something serious... but if it s just a head cold... sometimes its good to just get out and exercise, and just spit, snort and sweat it out, followed by a long hot shower and a good feed.

If i had a dose like that ongoing for a while I would get myself to a doctor.
