    Dylan Sheehan is running classes in Fermoy. Fermoy FightFactory I believe is the gym name on bookface - don't have a number for him but some of the other lads on here might.

    Just do your best to relax and try and stay calm.

    It does get easier after you do a few fights, happens to everyone... or it happened to me and everyone else I spoke to lied and agreed to make me feel better :)
