Would you allow a magazine feature your house?

    Hubby & I have moved into our house only a few weeks ago everyone is telling us to get it featured in a magazine that its amazing we are flattered.
    I contacted a magazine & they came out to evaluate & they said yes can we use it in jan feb edition & shoot it soon.........
    as neither of us are in the business we just enjoyed building & decorating our own home is there advantages or disadvantages to having your house featured????? we dont have to mention or area or our names we could do in annoymous but im not sure has anyone had experience of this ????

    are you getting any payment to have it included???, whats the advantage apart from highlighting too criminals whats inside your house??? Kidding on that one!!!!

    I remember the times mag had a doc's house from wex featured. theyll need your name, ive never seen anonymous homeowners in a mag before, but anyway they never specified where in the county the doc was from or what the outside looked like so he would be relatively safe in this respect, hope that helps :)
