I didn't receive any adapters with the gfx card, I'm wondering what adapters I need in order to be able to use this.

do I need a DVI to hdmi adapter or what ?

Or do i need a VHDCI to quad DVI-SL adapter cable

If you click on the image of the card one of the pictures shows it with a 4 way adapter - you'll need to contact the supplier to query why this didn't come with the card.
