21st Dress

I have my 21st coming up in a month and I am at a complete loss as to where to even start looking for a dress!

I have not even the slightest notion of what type of dress I want but I know what I don't want!
Nothing overly formal, or strapless, or halterneck, and nothing anything near this style of dress:


I'm a size 12 so anything too flowy would be all wrong, I need something a bit more structured! I love this style of dress:



But I don't know if its 'wow' enough for a 21st! I think I'd like something more colourful! I love the little sleeves though as I hate my upper arms and it's not too clingy which is always a plus!

Has anyone seen anything in a similar style or even knows the best place to look for a slightly unconventional 21st dress that still has the 'wow' factor??
Don't really know what my budget is, about €175 probably!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

That dress is gorgeous and I reckon if you used the right accessories etc it'd be fab for a 21st.

I'd also suggest looking at Karen Millen dresses, they are very good quality and will last ages http://www.karenmillen.com, although they are expensive, they are worth the money, in my opinion
