There are much cheaper devices that do the same thing available .... some threads on boards about them .... from about €10 or so.

I have one ... bought through Ebay .... and it works perfectly for Irish DTT.

For the price quoted I would expect a dual tuner model ...

Yup got mine for like €6 from China..

Added it to my dreambox and it acts as a second tuner!

Yep I knew it would be cheaper online guys but when it's Friday evening and there's an Ireland rugby match on Saturday and an all-Ireland final on Sunday there was no way I was letting this one go as I could watch in HD so it was worth much more to than the 40 I paid for it.

Works a treat though, crystal clear and the software is very good with remote control, external antenna adapter, the lot!

None of them get DAB radio. They may get DVB-T radio, but that is not DAB.

I meant the same stations available on DAB.

I can hear the quality of the radio audio on DVB-T and isn't quite as good as DAB.

are you listening through the tv speakers or a proper setup?

A proper setup through PC media centre to decent speakers, mind you I can hear the inferior quality of some of the low bitrate DVB-T radio stations on the TV speakers too eg RTE Gold sounds quite lo-fi, whereas on my dedicated DAB radio it sounds a lot better.
