Do you look your age?

I still get asked for ID the odd time when entering clubs, buying alcohol etc, yet I'm 35 years old. I do look 'about 20', so I'm suprised that it still happens.
Everyone in my family looks younger than they are. My mum is almost 60 but doesn't look a day over 40. My gran is 86 and barely looks 60.
Nice to have at least some good genes!!

So, do you look like you've found the fountain of youth, do you look your age, or do you look like you should be in a senior citizens home?

I've been prematurely grey for about 15 years. I think at this point I'm now maturely grey.

I'm pretty sure I look about right for my age. Hard to tell though, if there weren't any pictures of me as a kid to compare it to I'd swear I've looked this way for the last 20 years.

I'm nearly 26. I'm getting fed up of being told I look 17, being given student tickets, etc etc.

I'm 22 and I often get asked for ID for cigarettes and once for a lotto ticket, nearly always for alcohol though it has gotten a bit less frequent. And my brother is six years younger than me and one of his friends recently asked him if I was his little sister. Though he is about half a foot taller than me so I'll forgive the "little".

I look my age, pretty much bang on nearly 30.

Which is actually a good thing, I spent the last ten years being told that I look much older than I am. Great when I was 17. Not so much at 25.

22 and constantly get ID'd on nights out, I even got asked for ID in a bookies in England last year, much to the amusement of my mates

Am 30, pass for 20. Get asked for ID but don't carry any, I tend to find "I don't carry ID, I'm 30" is much more readily accepted than "I'm 19! I swear!"

Yep my family on my mothers side are all the same, we look younger than we are. And we shouldn't really considering we've all been smokers!! Sometimes when I see other people my own age I nearly faint and ask my husband "do I look as old as that"! He tells me not, but then he would wouldn't he?:D

I look in or around my age if I don't shave. But once I shave I look about 7 or 8 years younger :mad:

I'm a guy, I'm 23 and I get asked for ID when buying drink maybe 50% of the time and people often tell me I have a baby face! I suppose I look around 19/20. I'm quite tall so would probably look even younger if it wasnt for that.

I hate it! I get really embarrassed when people talk about it. I'm sure I'll be greatful in say 10 years time but its an inconvenience when buying drink. When I was single it was a right pain in the ass when trying to meet women on nights out. Also, I work in a large company and I think people who I haven't met before dont take me as seriously as they think I'm only a young fella or just a student on placement.

On the bright side I do get student rates in Barbers and Cinemas without question.

I'm 23 and often get told i look 18/19 and even less on the odd occasion. Seems to happen a lot less when i grow a bit of stubble though.

I'm 26 and on holidays recently was told by 2 different couple I looked 22 at most. My friend was with me and I asked how old they thought he was and they said 26 .

I reckon I look younger if I shave but I have very light facial hair anyway. I never get asked for ID though, except in Tesco by one particular girl who looks about 17. She's just being over careful I reckon, or wants to know my name....

I'm 22. I think I look my age but last week in college when I mentioned that it had been 5 years since I'd done the Leaving Cert, a lady in my class spun around in her seat and said, "You finished school when you were 12?!"... So I guess some people think I look younger.

I was 18 about 2/3 weeks ago, and I haven't been asked for my ID once yet. Been really disappointing, I was all excited to show it off aswell! (Took out my passport just in case, lost it!)

Im 22 and alot of people tend to think I look younger than I am. Don't get asked for ID in pubs or clubs but think that is due to people knowing or recognising me. Im 27 and most peole will tell me i look my age maybe one or two years in the difference but never far off. Although am starting to get a few breakout greys im not liking that thank god for gel hiding it:), still dont act 27 though.

Frequently asked for id also if the bar/off licence isnt one i usually go to :rolleyes:

Im 25 but Ive had people guess my age usually around the 18-19 mark, I dnt really get id in the pub or club as I know both guys who run the places, But at christmas I was buying a game for my brother when I was asked for id was shocked but was even more shocked when I saw the game was over 16's, My theory the girl was scoping me out nothing else adds up
