Claiming Health Expenses through PAYE Anytime

    Hi there,

Just looking for some advice (and apologies if this has been answered in a previous thread, I'm pretty new to boards.ie....:o).

A friend of mine recently advised that I could claim back medical expenses through PAYE Anytime. I play a lot of sports and have had numerous x-rays and physio visits due to injuries over the years. I put through claims for the previous 4 years through PAYE anytime, received confirmation of same, and then received P21 Balancing statements advising that the "Final Result" was "Balanced". The health expenses I have claimed are visible in the statement, but it's as if they haven't counted for some reason in the "Treatment of Result" section.

I submitted these expenses over two months ago, have never received any reimbursement from an insurance company for these, and I also have the receipts to back up all claims if necessary. I'm probably missing something really obvious but would be grateful if anyone could shed some light on what I need to do next?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Ellie.
