I'm not on my laptop atm but have you tried the usual sites? Justis, westlaw, baili? You should be able to find it unless it's unreported which by the looks of the citation it's not.

The library law page will have all those sites except baili which you can just google :-)

What have you used to look it up?
That should be an easy enough one to find!

    Const or contract?

I think both, I tried basically everything but more than likely I don't know how to look

Yup, you' should get one or two classes just going through the basics of the different online resources.
    Well we did anyway.

Sign in through the library page and westlaw should work!!

I'll try it later, any tips on quickly getting through the reading list for sociology?

I didn't until January (and that was only about half the readings!)... :-D

I don't want to leave everything for the last minute so I try to do everything as I'm going along with the cours but I have to admit that they are quite boring

I got 2.1s easily despite it!

But ignore me, I'm a bad influence when it comes to Sociology! :P
You should probably stay on top but don't kill yourself if you miss something once or twice either

You're a first year, right? Did you get your hands on a copy of the Golden Thread? I think actually finding case law is the one thing we missed this year. But MCRbaby did a good job of explaining it - library.nuim.ie -> electronic resources -> databases and ebooks -> a-z list.

Also, DPP v MacEoin is attached to this post. But you're better off getting them yourself. I had a two minute look for this - it's on Justis, that was the first I checked. :)

I think last years student survival guide had something on it that I'm sure could be stolen and added into an edition!

I'm still available to write something if you want btw! :)
